red white

today's the so called slack day for students.

orchard was FLOODED. mainly students. kept seeing denise everywhere. xD sold white and red brownies in school today. i was in charge of whipped cream but i think i ate more than i sprayed. (and i have a feeling they'll never leave me in charge of any can ever anymore = = )

the brownies actually looked quite gross but business was OKAY. the people were just amused by the honey stars lah.

e8 cabbed down to shaw centre after that. booked tickets for our movie. (on the way up, me+saniah+veek+nana got lost = = ) then we walked to american club for lunch.

OMG, no one warned me that the caesar salad was going to be THAT huge. i felt like i gobbled and gobbled but all the leaves,bread crumbs and chicken was still there = =+.

so we all started playing air hockey... just ...... without the air = = haha. then me and veek decided to play the racing arcade game while grace and izzy amused themselves by hitting ping pong balls everywhere. In the end, elishea turned up to sabotage our game. (#%^@#$@$@#$ la you!) then she attempted time crisis in which she was such a poooop at. xD

walked down to shaw centre soon after and watched charlie and the chocolate factory. Pretty boring, really. all of us agreed it's because we already know whats going to happen. (i still cant stand the spoilt brat. TSK TSK TSK) but the constant 'AWWWWWW's and 'HAHAHAHA's in the theatre did keep me awake. The movie received active applause and wolf calls when it ended, and we had a longer time getting down to ground level, then queueing for drinks = =+

ended up going to pacific plaza to walk walk, then to far east for neos. i'll scan them in soon! (: basically, we had fun. and i really really saw lots of red and white today. singaporeans are really quite patriotic huh!

the "bands" helps too! with increasing colours of the "so called original livestrong" bands, we now have coloured ones. and to join in the mood, i wore my red and white energy bands today too! looking around, it aint hard to find a person with the same colour combination,.... just probably not energy ones......... 1 comments
